1.2. The document governs the claim submission procedure, the distributor's responsibilities and the procedures for handling defective device components.
2. Warranty Period
2.1. The manufacturer provides the end customer with a 24-month warranty for the PlayScope device, starting from the date of purchase by the first end customer.
3. Delivery Receipt and Inspection of Package Contents
3.1. The decision whether to inspect the contents of a shipment and the scope of such inspection shall be at the distributor's discretion and responsibility.

3.3. Claims concerning manufacturing defects shall be handled in accordance with the PlayScope warranty terms.
4. Defect Reporting Procedure
4.1. The end customer shall report any defect to the distributor from whom the device was purchased.
4.2. The distributor shall verify the date of sale to the end customer and whether the warranty is still applicable, and shall then forward to the manufacturer any claim that meets the warranty requirements.
4.3. The claim should include:
  • The device serial number.
  • The date of sale to the end customer.
  • A description of the identified defect.
  • Photographs or a video showing the problem, where possible.

4.6. The distributor shall not send the device or any of its components to the manufacturer without prior agreement.
5. Handling of Claims
5.1. Following an assessment of the claim, the manufacturer shall decide on the appropriate course of action.
5.2. Depending on the nature of the defect, this may include:
  • Repair of the defective component.
  • Replacement of the defective component with a new one.
  • Replacement of the entire device, where repair or replacement of an individual component is not justified.
  • Rejection of the claim if the defect is not covered by the warranty.
5.3. The manufacturer shall inform the distributor of its decision and any further actions to be taken.
5.4. The distributor shall not independently repair, modify or replace any device components without the manufacturer's prior agreement.
6. Transport Costs
6.1. The distributor shall be responsible for arranging and paying for the transport of the defective component to the manufacturer.
6.2. If the warranty claim is accepted, the manufacturer shall reimburse the distributor for reasonable shipping costs incurred in sending the defective component.
6.3. The manufacturer shall also cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement component back to the distributor.
6.4. If the warranty claim is rejected as unjustified, all transport costs shall be borne by the distributor.
6.5. Reimbursement of transport costs shall be made upon presentation of a document confirming the costs incurred.
6.6. The distributor shall ensure that the component is properly secured and packaged for transport.
7. Distributor's Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of device serial numbers and the dates of sale to end customers.
  • Verify warranty periods before forwarding claims to the manufacturer.
  • Provide the manufacturer with complete information regarding the reported defect.
  • Refrain from carrying out repairs or modifications without the manufacturer's prior agreement.
8. Manufacturer's Responsibilities
8.1. The manufacturer undertakes to:
  • Assess claims submitted by the distributor.
  • Inform the distributor of the outcome of the claim assessment.
  • Determine the method of remedying an accepted defect.
  • Deliver the repaired or replacement component to the distributor.
  • Reimburse reasonable transport costs in the event of an accepted warranty claim.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This document sets out the terms of service cooperation between the manufacturer and the distributor and does not constitute a separate warranty granted to the distributor.
9.2. The manufacturer's warranty for the end customer is provided in accordance with the terms set out in the PlayScope warranty card.
9.3. These terms do not limit any separate rights or obligations of the parties arising from a commercial agreement or applicable law.
9.4. By placing an order and making payment for the ordered PlayScope devices, the distributor accepts these Service Cooperation Terms. The version of the Service Cooperation Terms in force on the date the order is placed shall apply to that order. The manufacturer reserves the right to independently update the Service Cooperation Terms published on its website.
